- No makeup for at least 24/48 hours, the longer you leave your skin to breathe the better the results
-Do not wash the face or apply any additional products to the skin for 24 hours
-No fake tan/spray tan for 24/48 hours
- STRICTLY no sunbeds/direct sunlight for 14 days
- No sunbathing without factor 30 or above on your face for 14 days. You should consider using a SPF 30 on your face daily moving forward to prevent sun damage and premature ageing
-No harsh chemicals or peels on your face for 14 days, if in doubt please ask your therapist
- Do not exfoliate for 7 days
- No gym or exercise for 48 hours, the sweat and strain on your skin can irritate and prevent the best results
-No saunas or steam rooms for 48 hours
- No antibiotic creams or similar for 14 days, if in doubt please ask your therapist
- No facials for at least 14 days. Your skin needs to repair itself naturally, you could risk infection if you do too much
- Try not to touch your face and especially do not pick your skin
- Cleanse, tone & moisturise twice daily
- Avoid using facial wipes of any kind, they are full of oils which will break your skin out
