Cancellation policy
- If you are not able to make an appointment please get in touch ASAP, so I can offer the appointment to another client on the cancellation list. Giving notice will help me to re-schedule your appointment to a more convenient time. If you're unable to make contact as i have extremely busy periods, then you can use the link in your booking confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- When cancelling or rebooking an appointment - please give a minimum of 48 hours notice (when possible, we completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.) We do not accept cancellations via social media messages, please use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or call the salon.
- There is a 50% fee to cancel within 48 hours, or a no show for an appointment will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
- Please be mindful that patch tests are required for new clients, a minimum of 48 hours prior to an appointment. If you arrive for an appointment without having had a patch test, there is a charge for the missed appointment due to not having the patch test.
- Due to insurance reasons we cannot have any children under the age of 16 in the salon, we are an adults only salon so please bear this in mind when scheduling an appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any point.
